True Salvadorean Cuisine .
Salvadorean most typical dish is the pupusa, a thick hand made corn or rice flour tortilla stuffed with cheese, chicharron(cooked pork meat ground to a paste consistency), refried beans, and/or loroco (a vine flower bud native to central america).
Other two typical dishes are yuca frita & desayunos.Yuca frita, which is deep fried cassava root served with curtido(shredded cabbage, onion and carrot) and pork rinds. Desayunos, wich is breakfast is a combinations of eggs,fried platain,refried beans, and cream served with tortillas or bread
